KIIT School of Management (KSOM) is a constituent unit of the KIIT University, established under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. This is the 17th year of its existence. In these 17 years, they have made rapid progress in building up a strong intellectual capital as well as a state-of-the-art infrastructure. The institution helps students grow into able managers by providing them a strong foundation of theoretical concepts coupled with several opportunities for real-life management experience. Their faculty team comprises of 42 full-time faculty members and 20-plus adjunct faculty members, who use a unique concept-illustration-application pedagogy to make the graduates industry-ready with the much-needed analytical, leadership and social skills.The institute has been ranked 4th best B-School in eastern India & 37th best B-School in India by Careers 360 & A+ by Business India in the year 2010.
