The institute is being led under the stewardship of eminent management philosopher and exponent Swami (Dr.)Parthasarathy (Chairman, Ramakrishana- Vivekananda International Foundation) whose visionary guidance creates the outstanding agenda for growth of Sri SIIM. Recognizing the growing significance of a value orientation to business in particular and education in general, the need arose of establishing a management institute which would strive to impart the lofty ideals of character building to future corporate managers, apart from education in conventional management skills and techniques. The dynamism of academic progress with inbuilt modules with world-class programme structure based on strong spiritual wisdom and values for real time experience coupled with industry and international exposure builds budding leaders who can influence the nation and the corporate arena.
