We are institutionalizing this by means of a dedicated alumni career services office. The role of this office/individual would be:

Relationship Management with the Alumni – includes

1. Creating and managing the database,
2. Knowing the names in the database as individuals,
3. Understanding their current professional needs
4. Creating a mechanism to service those needs
5. Lateral placement offers to the alumni
6. Training services/skill development resources to alumni back on campus
