SCMLD is a unique institution in several aspects. Its very inception was the result of the financial contributions and emotional convergence of more than a thousand of the former Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) from its inception (and being of brought and viz. SCMLDs Programme in Executive Leadership (SPEL) and SCMLDs Advanced Programme in Executive Leadership (SAPEL). It imparts education and training for Living Life and not only for placement. Placement has been at 98% - 100% every year.
SCMLD is unconventional in its intake sourcing, grooming processes, inputs, outcome expected and evaluation and certification. It nurtures business and executive leadership. such at SCMLD lays tremendous emphasis on honesty, integrity, discipline and hard work.
SCMLD is a learning centre. There are lots of experiential processes for everyone to emerge Knowledge, employees Students are engaged minimum 12 hours a day in the learning processes so that they emerge as Wholesome personalities.
