PGDM (Marketing) is a two-year full-time AICTE approved program that has been designed to fulfill the need of Marketing as it is the core function of all business. The concept of marketing is undergoing rapid changes, faced with tough global competition, success will come only to those organizations who keep abreast with the latest developments in knowledge & skills by managing their resources optimally, and therefore will have to constantly seek out management professionals with the right mix of sound concepts, analytical skills and application abilities.The programme takes a holistic approach, helping to create complete marketing managers, who can balance the needs of various stakeholders - customers, owners and society at large. The managers will be able to share the long term vision of their organizations, assess the market, the environment and the competition, formulate strategy and implement plans for achieving organizational goals. The eligibility for the program is Bachelor`s degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks under 10+2+3 system or equivalent in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities / AICTE. Students appearing for final year of degree examination in 2011 can also apply.
