With all the basics in place, we have modified our activities to incorporate analytical approach, practical applications, and interactions with successful managers, CSR activities and sustainable business models. We have tried consciously to groom our students not only as professional leaders but also as responsible citizens. We have paid extra attention to train them in personal or self-management, character formation, team work, self study and developing a creative way of presenting their thoughts and ideas, etc., apart from the routine academic training and courses. Thus, our aim is not merely academic production but the all-round formation of a humane person, who can prove eventually to be a successful person, successful manager and a successful leader.
