KIITEE Management test is the gateway to MBA programme offered by KSOM, Bhubaneswar. This article shares all about the eligibility, exam pattern & fee  and importance of the exam. The last date to apply for KIITEE Management entrance test is January 21, 2017

Exam pattern and Marking scheme
The KIITEE Management Entrance test is of two and half hours duration and there will be 150 multiple choice questions. The components are Quantitative Aptitude (40 marks), Analytical Reasoning (40 marks), English (30 marks), General Knowledge (20 marks) and Issue of Social concern (20 marks).

Language of the questions will be in English. All the questions will be of objective type with three marks (+3) for each correct response, minus one mark (-1) for each incorrect response & zero (0) for no response. The candidates are advised not to attempt a question if they are not sure about the answer. If a candidate marks more than one answer for a question, the answer will be treated as incorrect and will fetch negative mark.

Eligibility criteria for KIITEE Management
The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks from any university incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The candidate must have 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) in the 10th and 12th board examinations. The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated taking all subjects into consideration including optional subjects.

KIITEE-MGMT Application Procedure:

Option 1 (Online Mode) - Fill up application form & pay application fee online.

Option 2 (Offline Mode) - Download application form, fill up & submit along with application fee of Rs. 1250/- through DD.

KIITEE-MGMT: Instructions for the candidates:

Option 1:

  • Candidates applying through Online Mode would be required to submit copies of their mark sheets and other supporting documents at a later stage, as will be instructed by the institution. Payment can be done through credit card/bank transfer etc., as instructed / supported at the online payment site itself.

Option 2:

  • Candidates applying through Option 2 need to make a DD of Rs. 1250/- drawn in favour of “KIIT School of Management”, payable at Bhubaneswar. The DD along with the filled in and signed application form needs to be sent to “Chairperson, Admissions, KIIT School of Management, Campus – 7, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar – 751024”.
  • Name and Address of the candidate needs to be mentioned on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
  • Candidates should retain photocopies of the DD and the application form submitted for future reference. 

Course fee

Total course fee is Rs.11,95,000/-( the fee includes tuition fees, 100% AC Hostel, mess and utility charges, development administration fees, books and study materials, Laptop, blazer etc).
