Services is an important aspect which can possibly decide the fate of a country in terms of its overall economic well-being. To shed some light on the same, Opuskriya, the Operations Club of IMT-Hyderabad along with Indian Women Network (IWN), invited Ms. Anamika Sarma Iyer to talk about, ‘Emerging Trends in Service Sector’ on 6 January, 2017. The event also had a few other members from IWN including Dr. Nandita Sethi, a B-School Professor.
