NIIT Imperia and IIFT will offer Post Graduate Certificate Programme in International Business (PGCIB) for working professionals. The programme will commence in the month of March.
This six-month programme is designed for working professional with minimum three years of experience. The students will be awarded "Post Graduation Certificate in International Business" by Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) on successful completion of the Program.
The programme aims to develop competence in the disciplines and skills associated with International Business. According to NIIT Imperia, "PGCIB equips today's managers with the necessary competencies to deal with the International business scenario."
To develop a "global mindset" the institute will adopt the interdisciplinary approach. Says NIIT Imperia, "The international business curriculum covers the fundamentals of business administration, with an emphasis on international business. The program tries to develop the core analytical competencies with a rigorous curriculum in Finance, Economics, Accounting and Marketing."
The programmes will be taught by expert faculty from IIFT, Delhi which includes Dr. Sunita Raju, Prof. G.P.Sharma, Prof D R M Joshi and Prof Ashok Kapur.
