There is a difference between a job that pays the bills and a fulfilling career. We wonder why the distance between our job and our dreams is often so wide.
The third step which is very important is, doing the possible home work and exercise which is required to achieve your dream job.

The world has changed; technology has been revolutionized several times over. The expectation from the industry has changed from the potential employees hence a thorough understanding of the employer’s requirement is necessary to land in your dream job. There are certain things an individual has to focus on when he wants to get a dream job:

The first big step to getting your dream job is identifying what roles, positions, or skills make you feel happy and fulfilled. Your dream job should be a position that you truly love to do, day in and day out, despite any challenges or obstacles that you may come across.

Second understanding whether the dream job will match with your personal values and ideals as well as knowing whether your career goals match with your personal goals. Your personal values are the core beliefs or ideas that are the most important to you. Identifying your personal values can allow you to really focus on what you are passionate about in your career.

The third step which is very important is, doing the possible home work and exercise which is required to achieve your dream job.

Fourth step for landing in your dream job would be determining the skill set required for landing in the dream job. For example, if you already have a background in human resources and have several years of experience working closely with others, in teams, you may be able to translate these skills into practice for a dream job working as an HR representative.

Fifth step is having the realistic expectation, even though you are lucky enough to get your dream job, there's no such thing as the ideal work situation. Every job has its ups and downs, and aspects we love and aspects we don't love. And "dream job" doesn't mean "Kushi job.” anything worth having in this world requires some effort. There will be some days you feel like shutting the alarm off and going back to sleep, but many more, where you feel more energized by the prospect of work than you ever thought possible.
