AIMA has extended the last date for online registration by candidates for May 2017 MAT exam till May 1, 2017. Accordingly you can register and apply to appear in May MAT 2017 exam till EoD today. Earlier the last date for MAT online registration 2017 for May MAT exam was April 28. The extended last date of online MAT exam registration offers last opportunity to do MBA from top B-schools like JBIMS, SIMSREE, PUMBA, K J Somaiya among other 700 MBA colleges.

 

The online MAT registration date has been extended both for Paper based May MAT 2017 exam and for Online computer based MAT exam. The extended last date for online MAT registration will benefit both to fresh candidates as well as already logged in candidates to complete the process. MAT 2017 May exam is the gateway to MBA/PGDM programmes to more than 700 B-schools across the country

 

Announcing the extended date for Online MAT registration, AIMA has also issued specific guidelines to complete MAT online registration 2017 process and has issued flow chart to make it easier for the application to facilitate online MAT registration for May MAT exam.

 

How to fill mat online application form 

 

New Candidate to create login

New candidates applying for MAT 2017 May exam need to visit AIMA MAT website and click on Fresh Candidate to Create Log in.

 

You have to fill the details to create Log In and must have a valid email ID for applying online. Press the button “Submit”. Once the information filled in the form, it will not be changed.

 

The confirmation for the registration will also be sent on your email as entered in the form. Please note that the Email-ID and Date of birth as filled by you will be used to login to the website to fill the online application form.

 

Documents required for fresh candidates

Before starting to fill up the on-line MAT application form, keep ready with you the following details /documents/Information

  • Valid Email ID (the email should be valid for at least 1 year)
  • Personal details
  • Educational qualification details
  • Image of scanned photograph in jpg / jpeg format and size should not exceed 50 KB
  • Image of scanned signature in jpg / jpeg format and size should not exceed 50 KB
  • Debit / Credit Card/Net Banking details in case making online payment.

 

Already logged in candidates to complete the process

Since there are candidates who have already registered and have been allotted registration number but have not paid the requisite fee to appear in May MAT 2017 exam, such applicants can now login with their registered id and complete the on-line application form to appear in MAT 2017 May exam.

 

How to complete Online MAT Registration quickly

On clicking ‘Already Logged In Candidate to Complete Process’, the page will appear which will have buttons indicating 4 actions which are to be completed for submission of online application form:

Action 1: Fill Application

Action 2: Uploading image (Photograph and Signature) (Optional)

Action 3: Make Payment

Action 4: Print Application

 

Fill Application

Click on the button to fill MAT 2017 May exam application form. Fill the details on the online MAT application form. Since your eligibility for MAT May exam 2017 will be screened based on the information furnished by you, you are required to exercise sufficient care to correctly furnish the details of your Qualification and other details.

 

While filling the MAT application form online, please save the information by clicking the button “SAVE”. In case you wish to edit any information you can do that by log in again using Email-ID and Date of birth and after editing the information, make sure to save the information by clicking the button “SAVE”.

 

Uploading images (Optional)

Upload Photograph - Photograph that you wish to use for May MAT 2017 exam must be a recent passport size colour picture. Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white background, and has no harsh shadows.

 

If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen. Also, ensure that both ears are visible in the picture. Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable in MAT registration form. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.

 

The image should only be in .jpg or .jpeg format. Size of file should be not be more than 50 kb and not less than 5kb.

 

Upload Signature – Before uploading your signature image for MAT May 2017 exam, sign on white paper with Black ink pen and scan it. Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page and ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50 kb.

 

Please note that your signature would appear on the MAT Admit Card, and if it does not match the signature on the answer sheet at the time of the written test and at the time of Interview, the candidature will be cancelled. The image should only be in .jpg or .jpeg format. Size of file should not be more than 50 kb not less than 5kb.

 

The Option asking you – ‘Do you want to upload photo/signature image(Y/N)?’ is available in Step 1: Fill Application Form. If you do not want to upload photograph & signature, select NO against this option. Now you are required to affix the photograph and signature on the Printout of Application Form and are required to dispatch to AIMA, New Delhi before the closing time.

 

Make Payment for May MAT application fee

There are two options available for payment of MAT exam application fee -Demand Draft or Debit/Credit Card/NetBanking. Once the payment of Rs.1400/- towards MAT 2017 May exam application fee has been made through Debit/Credit Card/Net banking or Demand Draft; you will not be allowed to change/modify any information.

 

MAT fee payment through DD

In case payment option selected for MAT exam fee is demand draft, you need to follow the procedure given below: Make demand draft of Rs.1400/- in favour of “All India Management Association”, payable at New Delhi. The details of the Demand Draft are to be filled in the online MAT application form. You are advised to check the following details carefully before sending the demand draft.

 

The DD towards MAT 2017 registration fee should be made in favour of “All India Management Association”, Payable at New Delhi of Rs.1400/- Candidates applying through Demand Draft are required to send the printout of the Application Form, duly completed in all respect, along with Demand Draft to The Manager - MAT All India Management Association Management House, 14, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110003. The duly filled in form should reach the above address by EoD today on May 1, 2017. Incomplete MAT application forms or forms received late will not be accepted.

 

You are advised to keep the copy of printout of MAT exam application form and MAT exam Demand Draft for MAT application fee for future reference.

 

MAT fee payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking

In case payment option selected for MAT registration and application fee is Net banking or Debit/Credit Card and photographs and signatures uploaded, candidates need not to send the print out of the MAT online Application Form. However you are advised to keep the copy of the MAT application form for future references.
