The NMAT 2017 Registration without late fee payment will close today although with late fee it will remain open till October 16. GMAC the NMAT by GMAC conducting authority has announced to close the NMAT 2017 registration and application process today on October 3, 2017. The registration process for NMAT by GMAC can be completed in 10-15 minutes. NMAT aspirants should ensure that all the details are properly entered and online payment process towards NMAT 2017 registration fee is complete.
NMAT by GMAC 2017 is the mandatory exam to get admission in MBA 2018-20 at NMIMS Mumbai and 19 other Universities and B-schools. NMAT 2017 is an online computer based test to be held in 75 days test window from October 5 to December 18, 2017 with the opportunity available with the test taker to maximise the score by making 3 attempts in NMAT 2017 exam.

Registration and application fee for NMAT by GMAC 2017 exam is Rs.1800/- till today, October 3. The amount of fee for late NMAT by GMAC registration, retake, reschedule is additional.

More payment options have been added to pay the NMAT by GMAC 2017 exam fee. This year the candidates have been provided with an additional choice to pay the NMAT 2017 exam fees through UPI (Unified payment Interface) as an additional method to pay for the registration fees along with the credit cards, debit cards, net banking, 12 mobile wallets. To register and apply for NMAT by GMAC 2017 you need to visit www.nmat.org.in.
NMAT 2017 allows 3 retakes after a gap of 15 days, candidates registering and applying for the exam should plan their exam dates accordingly.
NMAT Registration: Key steps
You must register and pay for the NMAT by GMAC exam before scheduling a test date and location. Candidates are required to visit respective university/college/school website for details of their admission procedure. You have to submit their respective form separately.
- Create an account on nmat.org.in using a valid email address.
- Provide contact information, personal, educational and work experience, the list of programmes to send scores, and the ID that you will use at the test centre. Indicate your interest in participating in a search service and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Pay the test fee.
- Your name and date of birth that you enter on the registration form must exactly match the name and date of birth on your primary and secondary ID.
- Choose the schools to send your scores under the "Programme Details" section. Up to 5 programmes are included in your registration fee. An additional fee of INR 200 + applicable taxes will be applied for each programme added in excess of 5 programs.
- You must upload a photograph that bears likeness to you and the photograph on your primary ID. This photograph will be included on the admit card that you must bring.
NMAT 2017: Test components
NMAT by GMAC shall have following test components. The time allocation and number of questions would also not change and the entire exam will have following pattern

The NMAT by GMAC will give each candidate a randomly generated test from a pool of questions, delivered one-at-a-time. The number of questions, difficulty levels, and the time limit for each of the sections is predetermined and, are the same.
The three sections of the NMAT by GMAC are individually timed. Test takers must answer questions and review answers of each section within the allotted time.

NMAT by GMAC also allows candidate to choose the section order before they start their test. The time limit for each of the 3 sections in NMAT by GMAC test is fixed and candidates should complete each section within the time limit provided. Candidates are therefore, not allowed to move between the sections during the test.
NMAT by GMAC score accepting B-schools
More B-schools will accept NMAT by GMAC 2017 exam scores. GMAC has published a list of 20 Universities/B-schools who will accept MAT by GMAC test scores for admission to their MBA/PGDM programmes.
