MAH CET 2018 Result out: Download your MBA CET score card; reports 165 as highest score with 99.99 percentile

MAHCET 2018 result for MBA/MMS CET exam held on March 10 and 11, 2018 in four slots across the 28 test cities in India has been declared by DTE Maharashtra at 5PM. There are 14 candidates who have scored 99.99 percentile in the score range of 165 to 149.

JBIMS Mumbai announces admission policy 2018: Know the process, cut offs, Placement, fee and more​

Confirming the MAHCET 2018 result date and time, Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra had earlier announced, ‘MBA CET 2018 Result will be declared on 19/03/2018 at 5.00PM’. Following the announcement the DTE Home page and the site overall at Google Chrome could not be opened due to heavy rush of MBA aspirants looking for the result information.   

Top MBA Colleges accepting MAHCET Score

Result with 98606 candidates
MAHCET 2018 Result has broken all previous records. The list of candidates who appeared in Maharashtra MBA CET 2018 consists of 98606 candidates out of total 106448 candidates who had registered for MAHCET 2018 during January 22 to February 17, 2018 registration window.

MAHCET 2018 test takers can view & download their score cards by login to DTE Maharashtra site. MAH-MBA/ MMS-CET 2018 marks have been displayed in terms of percentile on the scorecard of MAHMBA/MMS-CET 2018 Result.

Comprehensive List displayed
DTE has published the comprehensive list of 98606 successful candidates in MAHCET 2018 with their scores and percentiles, check and match your score with JBIMS, SIMSREE cut offs.

93% appeared in the test
Out of 106448 candidates who had registered for MAHCET 2018, 92.6% appeared in MAHCET 2018 exam. There are around 45000 MBA/MMS/PGDM seats in 400 top MBA colleges of Maharashtra where admission opportunity on the basis of MAHCET scores can be explored. Apart from this, admission to other MBA programmes is also available through MAHCET 2018 exam for 10000+ seats.

No candidate scores 100 percentile
The highest percentile awarded by DTE in MAH MBA CET 2018 is 99.99 percentile at a score of 165 out of maximum 200. All the 14 candidates in the score range between 165-149 have been awarded 99.99 percentile.

JBIMS to offer admission through DTE-CAP 2018

JBIMS Mumbai this year again will offer admission to its flagship MMS 2018-20 batch through DTE-Centralized Admission Process (CAP). JBIMS will not be separately conducting any GD-PI for admission to MMS 2018-20 batch and the entire admission process at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) Mumbai will be through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) to be conducted by DTE Maharashtra in the last week of May/first week of June 2018.

Now the high percentilers in MAHCET 2018  instead of appearing in separate GD-PI of JBIMS for admission, will have to participate in CAP 2018. Besides, no separate application is proposed to be submitted to JBIMS, Mumbai as the allotment of the B-school will be decided by DTE Maharashtra after CAP round.

Expected cut offs at top MBA colleges
Once you are able to view and download your MAHCET 2018 score card, you should cross check your MAHCET exam score with the expected cut offs at the top MBA colleges as displayed below:

MBA colleges accepting MAH CET score: Cut Offs 90%ile and above

MBA colleges accepting MAH CET score: Cut Offs 70%ile and above

Apart from these few top MBA colleges, all the 400 MBA Colleges in Maharashtra will participate in DTE – CAP 2018. The registration for CAP 2018 is to open shortly and the CAP round is to be conducted in the month of May 2018.
