MAT May 2018: Result on May 25; Know how to use your score in MBA Admission

May MAT 2018 exam result is expected on May 25, 2018 alongwith the release of MAT score card for all the three May MAT exams conducted in this month. The May MAT 2018 offers the last opportunity to get admission in MBA 2018-20 batch in the MBA colleges accepting MAT scores. Announcing the May MAT 2018 Result date, AIMA has shared, “Candidates have to view/download the MAT Score from AIMA website after 3 weeks from the date of the test.”

AIMA has already released a list of 300 MAT colleges accepting May MAT 2018 score for admission to their MBA 2018 programme.Apart from these 300 May MAT score accepting Management Institutes, there are more MBA colleges in India accepting MAT exam score. AIMA has announced, “MAT Score is acceptable even to certain other Institutes for considering admission of candidates for Post Graduate Degree / Diploma programmes, besides the above Institutes, subject to specific cut-off marks and other admission parameters.”

Result for 3 MAT Exams in May 2018  
There were three MAT exams in May 2018 – two paper based May MAT and one computer based MAT. The first paper based May MAT was held on May 6; second paper based May MAT was held on May 20 and the third May MAT 2018 as computer based test was also held on May 20 in different time slots and at different test centres.

AIMA will release the MAT Result for all the three May MAT 2018 exams simultaneously. The MAT exam result is released within three weeks of the conduct of first MAT exam in the same month. The calculation of the three weeks, in fact begins from the date of first paper based MAT exam. Since May MAT 2018 first paper based test was held on May 6, the MAT exam result is expected on May 25.

How to Check your MAT Result
AIMA says “The Score Card is put on the AIMA website during last week of the month of the test. Candidate can download his/her score card with his 6 digits Registration Form Number and 9 digits Roll NO from AIMA website link. Earlier AIMA used to send the individual copy of Score Card with photograph through normal post at the address given on the Registration Form. This practice is discontinued now.
