The event will boast of eminent speakers such as Shashi Tharoor, former Under Secretary General, United Nations; Rajat Gupta, former Managing Director, McKinsey; and G.V. Prasad, Vice Chairman & CEO, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories; Anil Khurana, Director, PRTM; C K Venkatratnam, COO, Tanishq; and Mohan Warrior, president & CEO Alfalight. Kellogg dean Prof Dipak Jain will also be speaking on the occasion.

The event will be structured around four panel discussions. The topics are ‘Healthcare & Biotech: The Next Frontier’, ‘Retail: Reaching One Billion Consumers’, ‘Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital: The Next Big Idea’ and ‘Real Estate: Land the Opportunity’.

Throughout this conference, we will explore the various sectors driving this economic expansion,” says the event promotional material.

The event is billed as an event for global decision-makers to know about India’s economic progress. “At the conference, you will have the opportunity to learn from leaders on the forefront of Indian business as they present their perspective on recent growth and the many opportunities that lie ahead,” says a Kellogg’s newsletter.

The event will be sponsored by the Tata group, McKinsey, Deloitte, American Airlines, the US-India Business Council, Red Herring, Hindustan Times and Mint (the new business paper from HT Media).

The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University was founded in 1908, and is widely recognized as a global leader in graduate business education. The institute regularly features as being one of the best management schools in the world.
