ICFAI Business School announces admission tests for MBA & Executive MBA Program

ICFAI Business School (IBS), Hyderabad has announced admissions for its two year full time MBA and one year full time Executive Program for the batch of 2009-11.

The institute has already announced the date for its admission test - IBSAT - for both of the programmes.  

The IBSAT (IBS Aptitude Test), acronym for ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test, will be held on December 21, 2008.  

According to IBS, "The IBSAT 2-hour long paper is aimed to test the applicant's ability in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension." 

IBS has also changed its selection process from this year. According to IBS, all the shortlisted candidates from the written test will have to take a General Knowledge Test on the day of the interview at Hyderabad. The test will be for duration of 30 minutes and will have 100 multiple choice questions. 

After the General Knowledge Test each candidate has to make a presentation on a selected topic for 5-7 minutes. The list of topics will be provided in the selection kit.  

Finally there will be interview is the final stage of selection process. The Interview Panel will focus on testing the knowledge of the candidates on the topic presented in the micro presentation and understanding the attitude, aptitude and aspirations of the candidates.
