Mr Shiva Kumar is Director, R&D, Career Launcher. Career Launcher, which was started in 1995 by IIM graduates, provides test-prep courses across the country. Mr Shiva Kumar earned his engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology (Madras) and his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta). He currently heads all activities related to research and development, course design and faculty training, and is leading the team involved in tutoring.
Ms Dhruba Jyoti Banik and Mr Ankur Jain of T.I.M.E. are MBAs from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur and Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon respectively.
