S. P Jain Institute of Management and Research has been consistently ranked amongst the top 10 B-schools of the country and is known for innovation and leadership. Every year the four specialization SBUs, i.e. Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Information Management, conduct their flagship events which draw enthusiastic participation from corporate and B-school students. This year SPJIMR has decided to club these individual events under a 3 day mega-festival, OJAS. In addition to the flagship events, there will be a host of other business and informal events over the span of three days, making SPJIMR the hub of corporate and student thoughts and information exchange.
Says SPJIMR, "OJAS '09 would be an excellent avenue for the audience to interact and develop strong ties with the top B-school representatives, corporate, and academicians who possess rich and diverse industry experience. The very word 'OJAS' traces its origin to the Vedas – It is a mixture of eclectic elements which gives birth to a perennial fount of vitality, vibrancy and endurance. OJAS is a celebration of the very power which resides in each one of us and manifests itself in forms like diligence, creativity, intellect et al."
The four central attractions of OJAS are Khoj, BhavITva, Shrinkhla and Buzz-aaR, and the mega surprise of the festival, Melange – a potpourri of events guaranteed to enthral the participants.
