The IIM-L pedagogy places emphasis on the holistic development of its students, so that the students who move out of the portals of IIML are not just excellent professionals but also very nice human beings,” said Dr Devi Singh, director, IIM-L while delivering his address.

Mr. Kishore Biyani congratulated the students and wished them all the best. He also shed light on how the Indian retail sector has come of age, adding that it would be the leaders rather than the laggards who would reap the benefits of growth in the economy and that constant innovation will be the key to success.

The institute has plans to begin new programs at the NOIDA campus for working executives, entrepreneurs and professionals.
