The MBA program students of batch 2009-2011 learn about 'I-10' model at ITM Bangalore’s inaugural function

The Institute of Technology and Management (ITM) Business School Bangalore held the Inaugural Function for the PGDM batch of 2009-2011 on July 11, 2009. The chief guest of the function, S Ramadoss, Vice-President (HR & Administration), TITAN Industries Ltd., Bangalore, was welcomed by Dr. KS Srinivasa Rao, Director of ITM Bangalore.
 
After giving general information about the all ITM centers and MBA programs offered by them, Dr. Rao announced, “Three more centers, offering MBA programs, have started operations from this academic year at Goa, Noida and Vishakhapatnam.” He also spoke about the new students’ profiles for the PGDM batch of 2009-2011.
 
Ramadoss addressed the new batch of students enrolled for the MBA program at ITM Bangalore and said, “Only 0.9 million students are employable out of 3.6 million graduates from India and in order to be a part of those 0.9 million students, you have to be hard working, passionate, disciplined and ethical.”
 
Ramadoss proposed a model of ‘I-10’ for the new MBA program students which consists of Intelligence, Information, Insight, Imagination, Influence, Intensity, Impact, Independent Thinking, Interpersonal Skills and Individuality. He said, “These aspects should be developed while getting trained as a manager.”
 
Dean of ITM Bangalore, Wg. Cdr. AH Babu, said, “ITM Bangalore is in the management educational sector for the last 18 years. We have been actively involved in promoting management education in India for so many years now.” The students of the ITM Bangalore, too, joined the discussions on management education sector.
