The 25-year-old Ghaziabad-based Institute of Management Technology (IMT), has strengthened its international linkages through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with two more international B-schools:

Fachhochschule Vorarlberg, University of Applied Sciences, Austria and the Business School, London Metropolitan University. With these new collaborations, IMT now has taken its number of international tie-ups to 20.

Speaking to MBAUniverse.com, Dr B S Sahay, Director, IMT, said, “We are happy that today we have 20 institutions as partners worldwide. Hundred students from IMT can go under this program. Under this, they can do joint research and participate in conferences as well… The perception of the whole world about India and Indian B-schools are changing today. Earlier, foreign institutes did not give much importance to Indian B-Schools but today things they are giving a red carpet welcome to Indian institutes and students.”

According to IMT, the tie-ups will enhance the development of joint educational and research projects between the institutes. In addition, they will enrich the educational development of both universities.
