NIIT Chairman Rajendra S Pawar to inspire, educate and mentor management students at TIE workshop in IIFT, Delhi

Mr Rajendra S Pawar, chairman of NIIT, will inspire, educate and mentor management students at a TiE workshop in Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) Delhi on July 6.

During the workshop, Mr Pawar will take them through his remarkable entrepreneurial story and help them identify opportunities while being persistent despite the innumerable challenges. He will share the story of how he, with his founding team, over the years, created a renowned enterprise in the education and training space. According to TiE, “The interactive session aims to help entrepreneurs get clarity on how to identify the right opportunity and what it takes to build a success story.”

A key addition to this program is a Mentoring Clinic where budding entrepreneurs can interact with Mr Pawar. According to TiE, “Mentoring Clinic is a platform for budding and aspiring entrepreneurs to get connected, one-on-one, with successful and accomplished entrepreneurs and professional who can help you navigate some of the changes and issues that you face in your ventures.”

Mr Pawar is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi; he co-founded NIIT along with his batch mates. He has played a role in instituting quality processes and Crosby's Complete Quality Management System in NIIT. NIIT, in turn, enabled thousands of Indians to qualify to stake claim to a place in the global IT industry.
