The EPRM programme is designed to build the domain knowledge and managerial skills of executives in the retail industry. It is an eleven-month, 300-hour integrated course designed with the inputs from Philadelphia University. The course will have 40 hour on-campus training at BIMTECH Campus in Greater Noida. The course fee is Rs 1.60 lakh.

The programme will cover subjects like Retail Store Management, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising Management, Category Management, Supply chain management, Customer Relations Management, and Theft Prevention.
BIMTECH and Philadelphia University will jointly deliver the course content through the Reliance World video conferencing based virtual classroom platform in 240 virtual classrooms in 105 cities. NIS SPARTA will be marketing this program through its Corporate Connect and Retail Reach.
