The Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) has been accorded the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) certification for conducting a 15-month, full-time residential Global Management Programme (GMP) for Working Professionals. This course caters to the middle and senior level Management Professionals.
The objective of the Programme is to prepare bright and eager participants with potential for senior management positions. The focus will be on general management studies and practices with emphasis on International Exposure and Global Business trends and skills.
Eligibility Criteria
-- A minimum three-year Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized University in India/abroad
-- A minimum 5 years of work experience (full-time employment)
-- GMAT with a score of 600 or above secured in the immediate past three years

-- Personal Interview
“The Programme comprises of 4 Terms of approximately 13 weeks each, with the remaining period for an International Immersion Programme for 3 weeks in Europe and/or USA in an affiliated University and an Intensive Research Project (IRP) which is a mandatory requirement for the fulfillment of the Programme,” said an official of XIMB.
The course structure envisages a very rigorous schedule of classes consisting of compulsory courses and electives. The participants may exercise their choice of electives when they come to Term III. The entire Programme is designed to have a global perspective so that the participants after completing it may be fitted into organizations at the middle and senior levels ready to operate in an international environment. The Programme will be conducted by the Faculty of the Institute as well as by Visiting Faculty from India and abroad.
