IIM-K to hold annual management conclave on re-discovering India

Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode is organizing its Annual Management Conclave -- Horizons 2007 -- from 5th to 7th, October.

 The central theme of the conclave will be rediscovering the potential of India -- Bharat ek Khoj. The conclave will feature discussion on three sub-themes: Rediscovering Rural India, Unleashing India Inc. and Unlocking the Human Potential.  

IIM-K informs MBAUniverse.com that the conclave includes a case study competition, which focuses on Singapore as a workplace destination and a online quiz.  

The highlight of the conclave will be the Horizons HR Summit, to be held on October 7, which will dwell on the theme 'Bharat ek Khoj: Unlocking the Human Potential'. It will have a keynote talk and a panel discussion on 'Growing Challenges for Strategic HR' by senior HR professionals.

The conclave speakers including Dr. Santrupt Misra (Director, Aditya Birla Management Group), Mr. Abheek Singhi (Director and Partner, BCG), Mr.Saugata Gupta (CEO, Marico), Mr. Satish Pradhan (Exec VP - Group HR, Tata Sons) and Mr. Harish Bijoor (Brand Expert and CEO, Harish Bijoor Consults) among others.
