Theme 1: Effective Demand Management: Developing successful engagement programs & finding niches

With shrinking demand in MBA market, many B-schools have encountered problems of generating enough applications for their programme. Amidst this crisis, many B-schools have successfully engaged with MBA Aspirants in different ways to create interest in their programmes. Theme 3: Improving Core Product: Innovations in Curriculum Delivery

Alongside the traditional teaching methods, such as class-room lectures and seminars, B-schools are also committing themselves to case-based and student-centered learning. Of late, there has been greater emphasis on field visits & experience based learning in B-school pedagogy. So, what are the innovations in curriculum delivery that B-schools have implemented in areas like:

- Case Study based approach

- Field Learning like market visits

- Mentorship Programs

Undoubtedly, B-schools are engaging with industry in different ways – from curriculum redesign to developing industry driven center for excellence. So, what are the programs that B-schools are implementing to effectively engage with industry, such as:

- Curriculum development through proper industry consultation

- Industry engagement in delivery model

- Comprehensive industry exposure through Summers

- Developing Center for Excellences to create industry-relevant research & knowledge
