NMIMS University signs MOU with Union Bank for skill development programme

Mumbia based SVKM's NMIMS University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Union Bank of India for imparting Skill Based Training Programme for the front line officials of the bank.

The MOU was signed on October 25.  

The areas of training will include development of soft skills, concept of Sales & Marketing of banking Products and contemporary banking issues and emerging challenges.  

According to NMIMS, in the first instance, around 600 officials will participate in this training programme.    

Mr Amrish Patel, Chancellor – NMIMS University, Mr B P Sheth, Vice President-SVKM, Dr. N M Kondap, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Rajan Saxena, Sr. Advisor to Chancellor and Distinguished Professor were present at MOU signing function. Mr. M V Nair, Chairman & Managing Director and other senior executives of Union Bank of India represented the bank.
