Budhdhist Spiritual leader and Nobel peace awardee The Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso will deliver a special public address on “Success and Happiness” on Sunday ,December 1, 2013. The public address is being organized by the Birla Institute of Technology (BIMTECH). He will address a gathering of select corporate leaders, civil servants, media persons, academicians, senior citizens and socially awakened youth.
Today, His Holiness The Dalai Lama, is widely acknowledged as the embodiment of compassion, wisdom, non-violence and tolerance in a world marked by strife, terrorism, hunger and ethnic conflicts.
The Fourteenth Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, was born on July 6, 1935 to a peasant family in the small village of Taktser in northeastern Tibet and was recognized at the age of two as the reincarnation of His predecessor, the Thirteenth Dalai Lama. The Dalai Lamas are the manifestations of the Buddha of Compassion, who chose to take rebirth to serve humanity. Tenzin Gyatso, got Nobel peace prize on 1989 for altruism, love, compassion and non-violence.
