SRM University, Tamilnadu, the parent body of SRM school of Management has extended the last date to Apply Online for the admission year 2014 to 30 March 2014
SRM University, Tamilnadu, the parent body of SRM school of Management has extended the last date to Apply Online for the admission year 2014 to 30 March 2014. However, there is no change in the SRM Entrance Examination entrance exam dates which would be conducted as scheduled, computer based exam from April 17 to 22, 2014 and Paper Pencil exam on April 27, 2014. The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes.

Management programmes at SRM

Apart from offering the traditional two year MBA degree, the institute offers 3 year part time MBA for working professionals. SRM also offers five year Integrated MBA degree to embark upon a management career after completing 10+2 level examination.

Besides, SRM offers MBA-Master of Public Health (School of Public Health and Faculty of Management of SRM University, MBA-Master of Health Management (Dual degree with University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. New core courses on Philosophy for Management and Business Analytics have been introduced in MBA curriculum.

Shortlisting and Intake in Flagship Programmes

Candidates shortlisted from CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/UGAT and SRMEE will be called for MBA & BBA admissions 2014. The intake of SRM University’s MBA Program for the 2014-16 batches would be according to the number of students clearing the SRMEE (the MBA entrance program conducted in-house) and the above referred entrance exams. The admission procedure requires students to be analytically sound and diligent to face the modern day business challenges.

Course Fee
Tuition fee for flagship MBA is Rs. 2.5 lacs per annum while it is Rs. 50 thousand per annum for BBA. According to Dr. Jayshree Suresh, Dean school of Management “the fee structure is at par with similar B Schools with A+ accreditation from NAAC.”

Full Time Faculty
SRM has a strength of 100 full time faculties with rich industrial experience and one third of the faculty holding a doctorate degree. SRM has a fair teacher to student ratio.
