MAH CET 2014 results are probably the last hope for MBA aspirants seeking Admission in 2014-16 batches in the state of Maharashtra. With MAH CET result to be declared on April 21, this article gives you to-do list after MH CET 2014 results declaration.

Around 42,000 test takers from Maharashtra and 11,000 aspirants from rest of India took the online MAH CET 2014 exam on 15-16 March 2014 for a total of approx. 45621 seats in around 406 institutes on Maharashtra.

Activity list after MAH CET 2014 results

 

As per the DTE notifications, MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2014 results will be declared on April 21, 2014 at 5:00 PM. But students have to wait till next month, to start their document verification process.

 

- Document verification, updation and confirmation of Application Form for Admission for Maharashtra State/OMS/J&K candidates will be done from May 12, 2014 to May 22, 2014.  Candidates have to visit in person at their respective ARC i.e. Application Receipt Centres.

 

- Provisional merit lists for Maharashtra State; All India and J&K candidates will be displayed on May 26, 2014 at 5:00 PM on DTE website.

 

- Submission of grievance, for Maharashtra, All India and J&K candidates is allowed between May 26-30, 2014 at the ARCs.

 

- Final Merit list for Maharashtra, All India and J&K candidates will be declared on June 2, 2014 at 5.00 PM.

Centralized Admission Process for MAH CET 2014

 

For  the  academic  year  2014-15,  the  Competent  Authority  shall  conduct  total  four  rounds  of  Centralized Admission.

 

- The CAP shall consist of first three (3) rounds by Centralized Allotment wherein eligible  candidates  will  fill  separate  Online  Option  forms  for  respective  rounds. The first three rounds shall be based on computerized allotment.   

 

- Fourth round of CAP shall be conducted by way of counseling only for the eligible Maharashtra State candidates. 

 

- Candidates are advised to keep the necessary documents ready at the time of Document verification stage at ARC as per the above notified schedule. Applications sent by Post/Courier etc., to ARCs/DTE office will be rejected and no communication in this regard will be made.

 

Reporting to the Institute:

 

- After the display of allotment list in each CAP Round, candidates should report to the “Respective Institutes”

 

- Candidates  shall  report  to  the  concerned  institute  with  all  original  certificates  needed  to substantiate the claims made in the application regarding eligibility and reservation.

 

- After substantiation of the identity and scrutiny of original documents at the concerned institute, the candidate  will  have  to  pay  prescribed  full  fees  immediately  in  the  form  as  prescribed by the concerned institute and confirm the admission offered. 

 

Candidates who have secured admission for the first year of MBA / MMS / PGDBM / PGDM are required to pay the fees:

 

- At the Government/Aided/University Departments as approved by the State Government or the respective University.
- At  the  respective  private  institute  as  approved  by  the  Shikshan  Shulka  Samiti,  Bandra  (East), Mumbai.
