Following a multistage process of evaluation, the list of Finalists for the coveted IMC Awards 2014 is out now. The Finalists will now be presenting the case-studies at the IMC Conference on Aug 8-9 and to win the IMC Award 2014
The Finalists will now be presenting the case-studies of their academic initiatives at the IMC Conference on Aug 8-9.

Following a multistage process of evaluation, the list of Finalists for the coveted IMC Awards 2014 is out now! XLRI, SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), NMIMS University, IIM Shillong, TAPMI and B-schools from Symbiosis Universities are amongst the Finalists for the prestigious IMC Awards. The Finalists will now be presenting the case-studies of their academic initiatives at the IMC Conference on Aug 8-9. The best case-studies from these Finalists will win the IMC Award 2014 on August 9

The IMC Awards 2014 Finalists are below. In case any finalist fails to meet the deadline of final submissions, the next highest rated initiative will be invited to present at IMC Conference. All names in alphabetic order.


Theme 1:
Expanding Applicant Pool: Approaches that Work

This theme covered initiatives such as:
• Developing & communicating a new brand positioning for your B-school
• Website Revamp to enhance branding & Social Media Marketing
• Targeting new applicant segments & designing segment specific marketing plans
• Deploying CRM Tools that work and how

IMC Awards, an integral part of the annual IMC Conference, were instituted in 2013 to recognize the Best-practices in Curriculum, Pedagogy, Industry-engagement & Marketing in Indian Management Education. More than 50 B-schools including IIMs, XLRI, SP Jain, IIFT, NMIMS, TAPMI, MICA, Symbiosis University and Great Lakes, participated in the 2014 nomination process. The IMC Award is being judged by three highly respected MBA educators -- Dr Bakul Dholakia, Former Director, IIM Ahmedabad; Dr Rajan Saxena, Vice Chancellor, NMIMS University and Dr Rishikesha Krishnan, Director, IIM Indore.


Now all eyes are on August 8-9 when the 5th IMC 2014 will be held at New Delhi’s India International Center, where IMC Award Finalists will share the stage with leading International & National speakers will address 300 Directors & Decision-makers from Top 200 B-schools and Universities.


Globally renowned Guru on Globalization, Dr Pankaj Ghemawat will be addressing the 5th Indian Management Conclave (IMC) 2014. Dr Ghemawat joins a stellar lineup of International Deans & Thought-leaders who will be addressing the 5th IMC 2014, India’s biggest MBA education conference, to be held on August 8-9 in New Delhi. Dr Ghemawat will deliver the IMC Keynote Address via video conferencing from the IESE Business School in Spain where he is the Professor of Global Strategy.
