Bloomberg Business week, a leading US based business magazine, has released the 14th ranking of full-time MBA programs in which Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business has claimed the #1 position. Duke dethroned the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Harvard Business School (HBS) is ranked at #8 in this ranking. Only three Asian B-schools are ranked in this list. There is no Indian B-school ranked in the Top 100 of this global ranking.
While Duke is ranked at No 1, The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania is ranked at No 2 and Booth School of Business of University of Chicago is ranked at No 3. Harvard Business School fell from last year's rank (#2) to #8.

Interestingly, only three Asian B-schools find a place in the ranking of 27 Non-US International B-school. Shanghai based CEIBS is ranked at #17, Hongkong based HKUST's Business School is ranked at #18 and NUS Business School Singapore is ranked at #22.
Bloomberg Businessweek ranks schools on three measures: how company recruiters rate MBA hires in a survey that accounts for 45 percent of each school’s score; how graduating MBAs judge their program in a separate survey that makes up an additional 45 percent; and a tally of faculty research published in esteemed journals, which constitutes the remaining 10 percent.
