The Dare Dreamers from IMT Ghaziabad secured the runners up position at India’s biggest B-School competition, Mahindra War Room Season 7 by beating some of the best brains in the country representing top notch B schools on November 20, 2014. The ceremony hosted by the Mahindra and Broadvision team was held in Mumbai and attended by some of the best business minds in the country like Mr Anand Mahindra.

 

Mahindra War Room season 7 witnessed India’s best B-schools fight it out to provide innovative solutions to various case studies covering different sectors in the Mahindra Group. The Team Dare Dreamers comprising Harinder Singh Pelia, Rohan Mathew, Avinash Jha and Rishabh Raj blazed into the competition as campus winner entry from IMT Ghaziabad. They proved their mettle in two other hurdles, viz the CEO round, comprising 22 teams and the President’s round, where they emerged as the runners among the 8 best teams who were competing.

 

Mr. Prince Augustin presented a very warm welcome address and an inspiring short video to showcase the growth of the Mahindra Group. Mr. Prakash Wakankar opened the event by welcoming the audience to the Grand Finale of Mahindra War Room – Season 7. Mr. S P Shukla then took the stage to speak about War Room and the strategic connect. He also explained how Mahindra plans to grow bigger. Mr. Anand Mahindra, Chairman and Managing Director of the Mahindra Group, personally addressed the finale teams and had an interactive session with the audience. He was accompanied by Mr. Pawan Goenka, Mr. Rajeev Dubey and other eminent dignitaries. The MWR continues to provide a platform for future leaders from top B-Schools to leverage their knowledge and come up with innovative solutions for Mahindra group companies.

 

IMT Ghaziabad one of the highly ranked B schools in India, is the flagship B school among all its 4 campuses situated in Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Nagpur and Dubai. Online Admission 2015 ‘Application Form’ to various PGDM programmes for all the 4 campuses is open and candidates desirous of applying to IMT Ghaziabad should apply before December 24, 2014. Only those candidates who have registered and have taken CAT 2014 (Already over) or should appear in XAT 2015 (to be held on January 4, 2015, registration for XAT is also open till Nov 30, 2014). There is one common Application Form for all four campuses - Ghaziabad, Nagpur, Hyderabad and Dubai (July 2015 intake). IMT Nagpur and Hyderabad will also accept CMAT scores apart from CAT/XAT/GMAT scores. The last date to apply for admission 2015 at IMT is December 24, 2014.  IMT admission application fee is Rs.1750/-

 

Applicants can submit more than one test score but they will be short-listed for interviews on the basis of one of the following best scores out of available test scores: CAT, XAT, GMAT or CMAT (CMAT scores will be accepted for Nagpur & Hyderabad campuses and not for Ghaziabad campus).
