BIMTECH Greater Noida hosted the 9th International Conference on Management Cases (ICMC 2014) on 4th and 5th of December 2014
Delegates commended the organization of conference academic inputs, learning and networking opportunities and student interactions.

BIMTECH Greater Noida hosted the 9th International Conference on Management Cases (ICMC 2014), a premiere conference on case studies in India on 4th and 5th of December 2014. David Blake Willis, and Michael Manning inaugurated the session that witnessed the 60 participants including, faculty, students, research scholars.

 

 The conference was hosted with the collaboration of The School of Public Policy, George Mason University, Arlington, Virginia (USA). ICMC 2014 had participants from over 15 countries, including India, U.A.E, Japan, Finland and provided a platform for stimulating original, unpublished, related to real life events and situations research/teaching cases in various facets of management aimed at international relevance.

 

The keynote speakers, David Blake Willis, and Michael Manning inaugurated the session followed by the distribution of six Young Scholar awards to Veenu Sharma, Richa Singh. Arshleen Bindra, Satya Mohan Mishra, and Amandeep Dhaliwal. Two awards by The Case Centre went to Parul Bajaj and Arunaditya Sahay.

 

The scholars presented their research cases, including objectives, methodology used and results from the fields like Business Models marketing initiatives, operations management, human resources etc in the technical session.

 

The cases on CSR, Business management education, communication, organizational development were presented on 2nd day of the conference. The delegates commended the organization of conference academic inputs, learning and networking opportunities and student interactions.
