Maharashtra B schools: Accepting MAT May 2015 for PGDM
As regards Maharashtra B schools, please note that Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra in its notification No.: 2A/ADM/Management/2015/675 Dated 13th May 2015 has clarified that it would consider on MAT Feb 2015 scores in the Centralized Admission Process 2015.
However, going by the late running of DTE notifications, it may be possible that the scores of MAT May 2015 may also be accepted by DTE Maharashtra in the CAP 2015. So there is no harm in taking a chance and register for CAP 2015 on the basis of MAT May 2015 scores.
Many B schools of Maharashtra like Durga Devi Saraf Institute of Management Studies (DSIMS) Mumbai clarify that the Institute would accept scores of “MAT (Conducted by AIMA September 2014- July 2015)” for its PGDM programme 2015-17. Since even the very good B schools in Maharashtra allow admission to PGDM programmes at the institute level on the basis of MAT scores, admission opportunities in these B schools can be explored.
