Not learning lessons from the past errors & omissions could be bad for an individual but oblivious Directorate of Technical education (DTE) Maharashtra still remains unfazed despite having been reprimanded by the Bombay high Court not to play with the future of prospective MBA/MMS students seeking admission in Maharashtra B schools.
DTE Maharashtra was supposed to declare and display the provisional merit list of MBA/MMS candidates at 2 PM on June 2, 2015 but keeping alive the past performance in conduct of MAH CET 2015 exam full of errors, the Maharashtra regulatory body of technical and management education DTE could display the provisional merit list only at 5.30 PM on its website and did not care to update the candidates about the delay on displaying the provisional merit list.

3 days to submit grievances
DTE Maharashtra has allowed 3 days to the Maharashtra state as well as Outside Maharashtra State candidates aggrieved due to faulty CAP 2015 or any issue in the provisional merit list to submit their grievances at the Application Receipt Centres (ARCs) from June 3 to June 5, 2015 up to 5PM. Candidates will have to submit their grievances at the same ARCs where they registered for Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2015.
Ironically there is no control over DTE Maharashtra if it delays the publication of merit list by more than 3 hours but ARCs may not accept their grievances beyond 5 PM on June 5, 2015.
Final merit list on June 6
DTE Maharashtra proposes to display the final merit list for all category candidates on its website on June 6, 2015 at 5 PM. Candidates may hope for the best going by the past record of DTE of delaying the activities.
