The full time Yale MBA lasts for 22 months which features extensive leadership development modules, raw case studies and mandatory global immersion programmes. Students in the final year of their college can choose to apply into the Silver Scholars Program which is a three years program. It requires admitted students to spend their first year at Yale studying business fundamentals, a full-time internship during the second year and back to Yale camps for studying electives at Yale SOM or anywhere within Yale University.

Admissions to Yale are Open
Admissions to the prestigious Yale MBA are open for September 2016. Yale currently offers three admission rounds. International students must however apply by Round 2 to have sufficient time for the visa process. Application deadlines of Yale MBA are as follows

Round 1: Sep 16, 2015; Decision: Dec 07, 2015
Round 2: Jan 07, 2016;  Decision: March 25, 2016
Round 3: Apr 21, 2016; Decision: May 20, 2016

Admission Requirements
All applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree. Candidates having three years bachelor’s degree may apply. TOEFL, IELTS and PTE are not required for international students and English level fluency of candidates are evaluated by their application essays and interview. Fluency in English is required for admission into Yale.

Yale does not have a minimum work experience requirement but candidates admitted generally have an average of three to five years of outstanding professional experience with extensive managerial and technical abilities.

Application Process
Application process is to Yale is online. Candidates must upload required documents including transcripts, degree certificate, resume, and letters of recommendation, application essays and video questions. The standard application fee is $225.

Sliding Application Fee Structure of Yale

To make the application process affordable, Yale has a sliding application fee structure as follows

Standard Application Fee: $225
For applicants earning less than $20,000 a year the application fee is $175
For applicants earning less than $10,000 year, the application fee is $125

The fee will be based on the compensation information provided on the application.

Programme Fees and Scholarships
Tuition Fee for the Yale MBA for 2015-2016 is $61,500. Total estimated expense which includes tuition fee, accommodation, book, health and personal expenses is $88,500 per student.

All applicants to Yale are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships on admission. Separate scholarships by area of interest and scholarships for women are also available.
