About the Booth MBA
The duration of the full time MBA program at Booth is 21 months. Booth MBA Scholarships – Distinct scholarships only for Indians
Every year Booth grants a good number of scholarships to deserving candidates irrespective of their citizenship. Scholarships offered by Booth are categorized as follows:

Merit-based Awards

1. Chicago Booth Fellowships
2. Corporate Fellowships

Merit-Based Scholarships
Top candidates are offered full or partial scholarships at the time of admission. No separate application is required. Scholarships are generally given to candidates who have excellent academic records, outstanding work experience and community services.

The India Trust Fellowships- This is a merit-based fellowships and available only for students who live and work in India at the time of admission. Preference is given to candidates who are committed to work towards the advancement of women in business.

Akhtarali H. Tobaccowala Fellowship – This is awarded to students whose primary home is India at the time of admission. No separate application is required and students from India will be automatically considered. Award is given on the basis of merit.

Chicago Booth Fellowships
Full time admitted students are eligible for the Booth Fellowships. Few popular fellowships are:

The Distinguished Fellows Program – Selected fellows receives full tuition scholarships for two years and an additional stipend of $20,000 every year. Students are selected on the basis of their potential.

Corporate Fellowships
Corporate fellowships are generally awarded in collaboration with sponsors. Some corporate fellowships include Robert W. Braid Fellowships for women and Canfield Private Equity Fellowship for students having experience in investment banking or private equity.

Loans
To provide financing opportunities to all students regardless of their nationality, Booth offers loan programs to international students without a US co-signer.

Admissions
Admission rounds to the Booth MBA 2016 are open and the first round deadline is in the month of September. The application process is online and supporting documents must be provided alongwith the online application. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. Applicants to Booth are expected to have a high GMAT score, excellent academic records, work experience and other achievements.

Round 1: September 17, 2015
Round 2: January 5, 2015
Round 3: April 5, 2015
MBA Abroad aspirants must apply by Round 2 to ensure sufficient time is available for visa process.

Early Career Candidates – Candidates without work experience
Candidates without work experience or having limited work experience are also allowed to apply to Booth under the Early Career Candidate category. There is no separate application process. Candidates without work experience will automatically be considered as Early Career Candidate.

Program Fee
The tuition fee of the Booth MBA is $63,980 for 10 courses. The entire program consists of 21 courses. The estimated cost of attendance which includes Tuition, Student Life fee, Health Insurance, Books, Rent and Utilities, Food, Transportation and others is around $98, 085.

Career outcomes
Booth offers world class career support to its graduates for their entire life. In the past year, 55% of foreign national students accepted jobs in USA. With Employer Relations offices present in locations such as London, Chicago and Hong Kong, the team members of the Employer Relations are constantly networking with recruiters, managers and alumni around the world.

In 2014, 98.7 % of the international graduates accepted job offers by three months of graduation. Median salary of international graduates was $120,000 same as US citizens. Highest number of Booth graduates were placed in Finance (41.2%) functions and second highest in the Consulting (30.1%) function.
