Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida joins the privileged rank of premier Indian B-schools honored with NBA accreditation for all its programs - PGDM, PGDM (Services) and PGDM (Marketing). The accreditation to a B-school by National Board of Accreditation is a much sought after mark of quality in management education.
Established in 2004, Jaipuria Noida in a short span of 10 years is counted amongst the highly ranked B-schools of the country. The institute is also accredited by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) with ‘A’ grade ranking and AIU (Association of Indian Universities) with MBA equivalence to its PGDM program.
Speaking on the occasion, Director of the institute, Dr. Rajiv R Thakur said “This prestigious accreditation is a matter of pride for the complete group of Jaipuria Institute of Management. This is testimony to the intellectual resource and process that we follow.” He further added “These accreditations will strengthen the institute to get into many more partnerships with other esteemed institutions. Also, it would open up opportunity to collaborate with foreign faculty members on research projects, publications, etc. The institute will have the scope to get more foreign faculty members to teach our students and help them to be acquainted with global practices in business environment.” In his view the accreditation will not only assure the students of receiving professional management education but also to prospective employers that students come from a program where the content and quality have been evaluated on global established standards.
National Board of Accreditation NBA) is an autonomous accreditation body of India with the objective of Assuring Quality and Relevance of Education, especially of the programmes in professional and technical disciplines like Management, Engineering and Technology, Architecture, Pharmacy and Hospitality, through the mechanism of accreditation of programs offered by technical institutions.
NBA has introduced a new process, parameters and criteria for accreditation. These are in line with the best international practices and oriented to assess the outcomes of the programme.
Jaipuria Institute of Management offers 2-year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) equivalent to MBA programme across its Noida, Lucknow and Jaipur campuses. The PGDM at Jaipuria is approved by AICTE and is recognised by AIU. The B-school has industry oriented syllabi and curriculum is constantly updated to remain contemporary as well as futuristic in orientation in order to groom managers to be ready to meet the ever changing demands of global business.
