MBA Placement 2016 at FLAME University is showing rising trend in job market with more than 90% of the graduating students seeking placements having already received lucrative job offers.  More than 60 recruiters have already participated in placement 2016 at FLAME University. The average salary package in placement 2016 comes to Rs.5.3 lakhs while the highest pay package has gone many times higher.

Top Recruiters are from the Financial Services, IT, E-commerce, FMCG and other sectors.

FLAME University follows unique placement process. FLAME's Placement Services Centre strives to facilitate students in finding recruiters that fit their skill set. According to the FLAME University ‘We help students define their career goals and try to fulfill their ambitions by providing them with the best available employment resources. Tools such as resume and interviewing workshops, career fairs, career counseling, and presentations are used extensively’.

Highest Salary-Rs.27.67 lakhs; average Rs.5.30 lakhs
Releasing the salary data for placement after verification FLAME University has shared that the highest salary offered during last year placement was Rs.27.67 lakhs while the average salary stood at Rs.5.30 lakhs. 
Sharing the Placement statistics FLAME University has informed ‘We are proud to announce that most of our postgraduate graduating class of 2015 seeking placement has been placed across companies, sectors and industries. Our students on average had 5 interview opportunities. 70 companies participated in our placement process. Companies recruited our students across verticals and offered roles in the areas of equity research, analytics, client servicing, marketing, relationship management, business development, banking, consultancy, retail operations, organizational development, human resources, industrial relations, e-commerce, etc’

BFSI: Top recruiting sector
Banking, Financial Services & Insurance was the biggest recruiting sector with 27.3% offers followed by IT/ITES with 13.6% recruitment and manufacturing with 12.1% offers. Media & Advt  recruited 9.1% of the batch; consulting 7.6%; e-commerce and healthcare 4.5% each; education, FMCG, logistics and retail with 3% recruitment each while 9.1% offers came for all other sectors.

Domain-wise Placement
Marketing emerged as the highest recruiting domain with 50% offers followed by finance with 30.3% offers. Human Resource accounted for 10.6% offers while operations remained with 9.1% placement offers.

Top recruiters at FLAME
Top recruiters at FLAME include Aditya Birla, Godrej Applicances, Reliance Capital, HDFC Bank, S G Analytics,  Axis Bank, Info Edge, Bajaj Electricals, ITC, Blue Dart, Kotak Bank, Supreme industries, TCS-BPS, Tech Mahindra, Vedanta, ZEE, Zomato among others.

FLAME: Care for quality placement
It’s not just the final placements that are important in judging the quality of placements in an MBA program. Often, quality of summer placements leads to a lot of good final placements. Summers also help current students to apply the skills they learn in the first year and have better learning in the final year. A such, FLAME takes its summer placements very seriously.

Pune based FLAME University was established as a State Private University in 2015 under an act passed by the Government of Maharashtra.
