KPPGCA was established in 2003 to provide proactive support to professional education and facilitate and streamline admission to postgraduate professional courses, viz., MBA, PGDM and MCA.

There are 170+ member B-schools of KPPGCA located across Bangalore and rest of Karnataka and are affiliated to respective universities in the State. All these highly ranked institutes with moderate fee structure will offer admission to their flagship programmes on the basis of KMAT 2016 scores.

Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) 2016 is convened by KPPGCA, the association of private post graduate colleges in Karnataka which was established in 2003 to provide proactive support to professional education and facilitate and streamline admission to postgraduate professional courses, viz., MBA, PGDM and MCA.

KMAT 2016 will facilitate Business Schools to screen candidates for admission to MBA, PGDM and MCA programs.  KMAT 2016 is a paper pencil based conventional exam consisting of 120 multiple choice questions (MCQs) divided in 4 sections. The test will be of 2 hours duration from 3PM to 5PM. The reporting time will be 1 hour before the exam. The test is expected to be of moderate difficulty level and may have much lower difficulty than CAT or XAT.
