For the first time KMAT exam will be held outside Karnataka across the country and will offer admission opportunity to MBA/MCA programmes to all the candidates from all parts of India.

The exam is proposed to be held on May 29, 2016 in Allahabad; Bangalore; Calcutta; Chennai; Hyderabad; Indore; Jaipur; Lucknow; New Delhi; Noida; Patna; Pune; Ranchi and Tiruchirappalli (Trichy).

Moderate exam
The first National KMAT 2016 will consist of 120 moderate Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and will be of 2 hours duration. There are 170 institutes who will offer  admission to MCA and MBA programmes in Bangalore and rest of Karnataka.
