No doubt an MBA program is all about classroom learning and studying in the library. The overall campus-ambience and facilities make a big difference in grooming future business leaders. Pune based FLAME University was established as a State Private University in 2015 under an act passed by the Government of Maharashtra. FLAME has an international size cricket ground, football ground, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, a martial arts dojo and an outdoor swimming pool. It is one of the few campuses in India with access to an 18-hole golf course. FLAME has a floodlit indoor sports hall also called Multi Purpose Hall, with facilities for badminton, snooker and table tennis.

Physical fitness and well-being at FLAME is not only restricted to participation in the above major sports but also includes opportunities and access to Yoga, Zumba, Meditation, Cycling, Fun Games among others. To provide necessary support to students there is a well-equipped and qualified team in the sports office that creates and provides suitable opportunities and amenities for students to explore new perspectives, experiences and challenges through competitive and friendly games.

Vivekananda Library with its state-of-the-art building, hardware, software and other allied resources is fast developing into one of the finest university libraries in the country. Its inviting architecture provides an ambience that is relaxed but modern; and space that is large yet intimate.

The resources available include books on an impressive array of subjects, course specific reading material, academic journals and various digital resources. It houses sufficient reference and reading material for students and faculty from multiple disciplines. Books from humanities, social sciences, applied sciences, management, media, journalism, literature, environment, religion, languages, amongst various others adorn its shelves.

Guest speakers
A prominent speaker comes to visit and is holding a lecture at the Chanakya Lecture Theatre. They could be artists, industrialists or sports persons. Regardless, they will all inspire you.  It’s one thing to see top business icons in pink newspapers and business news channels every day, and it’s quite another to listen to them in person and get inspired. Indeed the students at FLAME are lucky ones as they get to meet the who’s who from corporate India.
