MAT 2016 May: Missed original score card! Get duplicate after June 15 for free; know the process

If you do not receive your MAT 2016 May score card, you can send request to AIMA after June 15 but before June 30, 2016 to get your duplicate score card free
All requests for duplicate Score Card received after 45 days from the date of declaration of result will have to be accompanied with a demand draft of Rs. 100/-

Immediately with declaration of MAT 2016 May Result on May 16, the score card was put on the AIMA website. Candidates were supposed to download the score card with their 6 digits Registration Form Number and 9 digits Roll Number from AIMA website.

Apart from this, individual copy of Score Card with photograph has also been sent through normal post at the address given on the Registration Form. AIMA declared the result for MAT 2016 May  exam 2 weeks ahead of time as the result was supposed to be declared in the last week of May 2016.

On the basis of your scores in MAT 2016 May exam, you can search the best options from among the B schools where admission process is still open. There are good B-schools who will accept MAT 2016 May  scores for their admission to MBA 2016-18 programme. The application process of these B-schools is about to close shortly.

Timely exercise options

In case of non receipt of score card
In spite of all such facilities offered by AIMA in providing your MAT May 2016 scores, in case you still do not receive the score card, AIMA has also kept the provision of issuing duplicate score card for MAT 2016 May . However, Queries as to non-receipt of MAT Score Cards will be entertained only after 15th of subsequent month. Accordingly in case of MAT 2016 May exam, the query will be entertained only after June 15, 2016.

How to get duplicate score card
Duplicate score card for MAT 2016 May can be obtained by following the procedure given below:

-- Application on plain paper requesting for a duplicate score card

-- Photocopy of the lower half of the Admit Card which was handed over at the test centre duly signed by the invigilator.

-- Self addressed envelope having Size 24cms x 12cms (approx); Candidate’s address written in Capitals and Postage stamp of Rs 40/- affixed for sending by Speed Post.

-- Above documents are to be sent at Manager-CMS, All India Management Association, Management House, 14, Institutional Area, New Delhi-110 003

Requests after 45 days to attract Rs.100/- fee
Request for duplicate Score Card for MAT 2016 May as above without any fee will be entertained only upto 45 days of the declaration of the results. Since result for MAT 2016 May was declared on May 16, your request for duplicate score card will be entertained free of cost till June 29, 2016.

All requests for duplicate Score Card received after 45 days from the date of declaration of result will have to be accompanied with a demand draft of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of ‘All India Management Association”, payable at New Delhi.

MAT 2016 May test is the last MAT exam, scores of which will be accepted by 330 MBA/PGDM institutes for admission to their flagship management programmes for the batch 2016-18. All the future MAT exam scores will be valid for admission to MBA 2017-19 programme. Accordingly, MAT 2016 May scores offer you the last opportunity to seek MBA admission in 2016.

Apart from the AIMA’s published list of 330 B schools that are expected to accept MAT 2016 May exam scores, there is opportunity of admission in many other good B schools in India. MAT 2016 May test takers can opt for any of the good options to take admission in MBA 2016 before the closing date.
