Xavier School of Management (XLRI) Jamshedpur has announced admissions to Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) Programmes in Business Management (PGCBM) & Human Resource Management (PGCHRM). While the Postgraduate Certificate Programs for Business Management will admit students for its 31st batch, the Human Resource Management will offer admission to the 23rd batch.

Pedagogy of courses
These courses would be conducted through VCNow’s Video Conference based Virtual Classroom platform across 40 study centers in India.

Course duration
The duration of these VIL program is one year which includes 5 days of campus stay at XLRI Jamshedpur.

Last date to apply
Registration is to be made online. The last date for making registrations online is 10th October, 2016.

Eligibility
Applicants need to have minimum 2 years of work experience (as on October'16) after completion of graduation (in 10+2+3 format) or equivalent.

Programme fee
The course fee for the PGCBM and PGCHRM programmes is Rs. 2, 25,000/- , payable through 5 installments. XLRI provides special discounts for corporate sponsorships also.

-- It is One- year online programme aiming to provide management education to working executives without having the need to leave their jobs or cities.

-- The classes are conducted by XLRI Professors through a High Definition Video Conference based Virtual Classroom platform.

-- The course also includes a 5 day intensive learning called the ‘Campus Component’ at the XLRI Campus at Jamshedpur.
