IIFT 2016 registration process for admission to 2 years full time MBA (IB) 2017-19 programme will close midnight today on September 5. Indian Institute of Foreign Trade has no proposal to extend the last date to apply for the entrance exam which will be held on November 27, 2016 across the country in a single session.

IIFT conducts National Level Admission Test for MBA (IB) courses at its Delhi and Kolkata campuses. So far the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has not proposed any extension in the last date to register and apply for the entrance exam.

Registration to IIFT 2015 exam was opened on July 15, 2016 in online as well as offline mode. The entrance test for MBA (IB) 2017-19 is proposed to be conducted in 20 major cities across the country.

IIFT proposes to offer admission to 360 students to its flagship MBA (IB) 2017-19 programme at Delhi (220 seats) and Kolkata(140 seats)  campuses.

Any candidate who is a graduate and can produce the proof of his qualification by the beginning of October 2017 is eligible to apply to MBA (IB) 2017-19 offered by IIFT. The 3 steps online registration process can be completed in a few minutes

No time left for offline registration
For off line registration an applicant has to get the prospectus and application form either through post by sending the demand draft for Rs.1550/- or by cash/demand draft in person from the IIFT counter and should submit it latest by today on September 5, 2016. IIFT assumes no responsibility in case the application form reaches IIFT late or is lost in transit.

The applicants who prefer offline registration need to complete the hard copy of Application Form and send the same in the envelope provided for the purpose to the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, B-21, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi-110016 so as to reach IIFT by the evening today or submit the same in person to avoid any risk.

The online registration process to IIFT 2016 entrance exam can be completed in simple 3 steps in 10 minutes so there is no need to spend your time and energy on offline registration for the exam. It will take hardly a few minutes to complete the online registration.

Online registration
The online registration and application process for entrance exam for admission to flagship MBA (IB) 2017-19 batch of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has a compact 3 step process which can be completed in a few minutes provided you have net banking, debit/credit card facility to pay for the registration & application fee of Rs.1550/-.

Step-1: Register online
Click on "Apply Now" and choose the category under which you want to apply.

Step-2: Complete basic details
Now Fill in the basic details required for registration and submit the form. Once submitted, Application number will be generated and intimated through an email sent to the registered email id.

Step-3: Use Application number
Log in to the website using the generated Application Number mentioned in the email and Password entered by you while registering. Follow the links to complete the registration process. Once completed, the intimation regarding successful registration will be sent to the registered email id.

Upload Scanned signature & photograph
Candidates registering online, are required to upload their scanned photograph and signature in .jpg / .jpeg format only. The prescribed file size is not more than 50kb each.

Registration fee:
The registration fee for different category of candidates is as follows
For General/OBC candidates: Rs.1550/-
For SC/ST/PH candidates     : Rs.  775
For Foreign National/NRI/     : US$   80 (INR4500)

How to pay
You can pay online or through demand draft. Online payment can be made through credit/debit cards of VISA/Master.

Be careful: No modification allowed after submission
You cannot change the data after submission of online registration form. For any modifications in the registration form after submission you are supposed to send IIFT an e-mail from your registered e-mail id mentioning your Full name (as it is written on the application form), application form number and the details to be edited. Please note that only a few basic items of information can be modified.

Pay Rs.500/- to change Test Centre
For change of centre the candidate is required to send a written request duly signed by the student and a DD of Rs.500/- in favour of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade payable at New Delhi. Please note that this request must be sent on or before 4th November 2016.

Once online process is complete, keep a print-out of the filled-in application form for your own record. For offline application you can have a photocopy of the form before submitting it to IIFT. Please ensure that you have successfully logged out of the website after completion of the registration process.
