The inaugural of the first year of MBA (2016-18 batch) was organized by the School of Business, AIMS Institute of Higher Education, at the Auditorium on July 14th 2016.

Mr Priyanandan Reddy, COO, while welcoming the students said ““Rigour, Relevance, Reward and Recognition are the hallmarks of top business schools in the world and the same will be applicable at AIMS”. During his address, he quoted the Steve Jobs famous quote “Stay Hungry and Stay Foolish” and guided them to follow the same in their lives.

Dr Kiran Reddy, CEO & Principal in her address stated the importance of teaching and learning process, the need for Knowledge assimilation, she also mentioned about how to become a successful and socially sensitive manager.

She said AIMS Institutes was established with the vision that in order to progress as a nation, society needs intelligent and socially responsible leaders, equipped with cutting-edge management skills, who could work in diverse areas and develop creative solutions to resolve challenges, by utilizing available resources to make India a progressive and successful nation.

The orientation will be a two weeks program and will include various facets of management and its applications to prepare the students for the MBA program and to groom them as a successful business manager. This also includes sessions from the resource persons from the corporate sectors to give the students a flavour of the corporate world.
