IIM Kozhikode, one of the six top IIMs, has changed substantially its Admission Criteria 2019 for its PGP 2019-21 batch. CAT 2018 cut offs and weightages to CAT score as well as to other parameters in admission process to PGP 2019-21 batch have been reallocated. A new component ‘Resume’ with 10% weight has been added to the final selection process components. As against last year admission criteria, No weightage to bachelor’s degree or to female candidates is awarded in the admission process 2019.

One of the biggest shortlisting parameters in IIM Kozhikode admission criteria 2019 is its high weightage to CAT 2018 score which will carry a weight of 75% as against other top IIMs who award lower weight to CAT scores.

While in the shortlisting for final selection round, CAT 2018 score will carry a weight of 75%, the final admission round will award a weight of only 40% to CAT 2018 percentile score and the admission offer will be more dependent upon PI/WAT & Resume which carry the 60% weight.

IIM Kozhikode eligibility criteria have made it mandatory for CAT 2018 aspirants to score a minimum of 90 overall and 80 sectional percentile in CAT 2018 to be eligible for shortlisting for final admission round.

The Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) is the flagship programme offered by IIM Kozhikode. It is a 2 year, full time residential programme.

IIM Kozhikode Admission Criteria

  2. IIM Kozhikode Admission Eligibility criterion requires the applicant to appear in CAT 2018 exam and must score minimum prescribed sectional and overall percentile score to become eligible for next stage of shortlisting
