Intaglio 2010, the annual B-school fest of IIM Calcutta will be kicked off today. The fest will be held till January 10. The inauguration ceremony will start today at 5 pm at the auditorium, followed by a short play by the Dramatics Cell of IIM Calcutta, and a musical performance by JBS-BaroC, the official band of IIM Calcutta.

As a part of Reverberations, the speaker series, IIM Calcutta has confirmed participation by Mr. S.K.Roongta, Chairman-SAIL; Mr. P.S. Bhattacharya, Chairman- Coal India; Mr. S.C.Gupta, Chairman- United Bank of India, and Mr. D. Shivakumar, VP & MD, Nokia India, also an alumnus of IIM Calcutta.

In addition, IIM Calcutta will be hosting the Cicero's Senate, the panel discussion series, on the 9th at 2.30 pm in the auditorium. The theme of the discussion will be "IIMs approach 50 years: Promises Delivered or Dreams Belied". The discussion will be chaired by the alumni members.

Also on the 9th, IIM Calcutta will be hosting a Classical Night featuring Rhythmscape, a group by renowned percussionist Bickram Ghosh. The event will be from 8.30 pm onwards.

The grand finale of the flagship event, Olympus, will be held in the auditorium on the 10th from 5 pm onwards.
