MBAUniverse.com, India’s No. 1 management portal and iNext newspaper, the youth newspaper from the house of Jagran Prakashan, are organizing ‘Management Avenues 2010’ in the city of Patna on 30 January under the theme of “India, You and MBA: Tapping a Billion Opportunities Ahead”.
The 8-city event has already been held in Kanpur (19 January), Lucknow (20 January), Allahabad (21 January) and Varanasi (22 January). The event has registered a great response with more than 2,000 MBA aspirants getting benefited.

In Patna the venue will be A.N. College. The timings for the event are 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The inaugural ceremony will be held at 11:00 am.
The keynote speakers for the inaugural session will be: Dr V Mukunda Das, Director, Chandragupt Institute of Management, Patna; Prof. B Ganguly, Faculty member, Chandragupt Institute of Management, Patna & IIM L Alumnus; Dr. Kamesh Kumar, HOD, MBA Department, AN College, Patna; and Dr. Sanjeev Sinha, Associate Professor, National Institute Technology, Patna.
 
The respected academicians will share their experiences and ideas with the MBA aspirants on the topic of “India, You & MBA – Tapping a Billion Opportunities Ahead!”.

The next session will be on the topic of “MBA Basics: What Every Serious MBA Aspirant Should Know”. In this session experts from MBAUniverse.com will address the gathered students. After this there will be a special “MBAUniverse.com Tutorial” which will provide in-depth analysis of MBA programmes, MBA schools, career paths for MBAs and many other important issues.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Director, T.I.M.E., Patna will be the key speaker for the next session on the topic of “MBA Entrance Process Covering Written Test, GD PI”.

There will also be a special session by IIFT student. Ratika Kapoor, MBA Student, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi, will guide the MBA aspirants on how to select an MBA school, how to prepare for MBA entrance exams, future career avenues for MBAs and her experience as an MBA student of top B-school of the country under the topic of “My MBA Experience & How MBA Aspirants Should Plan to Enter a Top B-school”.
The event will conclude with a Q&A session in which all the eminent speakers and the MBA students will provide answers to the questions put forth by the gathered MBA aspirants.

Management Avenues 2010 Schedule
After Patna, the Management Avenues 2010 event will tour the following cities: Meerut (1 February) and Agra (2 February).

Experts like Deans and Directors from leading B-Schools, CAT toppers, motivation gurus will address the aspiring MBA students in these cities. The event will facilitate interaction between the aspirants searching for the right information to pursue an MBA, and the MBA institutes that are eager to guide the MBA aspirants. The overall goal is to lead the MBA aspirants nearer to their goal of pursuing their dream MBA course by providing them with credible and useful information.

The 2010 event is the second edition of Management Avenues, the unique initiative by MBAUniverse.com and iNext. The 1st edition of Management Avenues was held across 9 cities in February 2009.
